Chadwick!! I hope that you can see and imagine even more on how God works when he has those so willingly to serve for HIM. You are a blessing to Guatemala. Have a fun and safe time down there and tell everyone i say hello!!

    Chad:

Glad to hear that you and your team made it safely to Guatemala and through customs with all of your stuff.
I once heard a wise man say that “God does not call the equiped to do His work … He equips those He calls.” Your willingness to leave the comforts of home to serve the people in Guatemala is exactly the heart-attitude that God is looking for. And as you serve, with a willingness to do whatever God wants you to do, God will begin revealing the plans which He has for your life — plans which He has specially prepared just for you, plans which will utilize your gifts, and plans which will provide you with an abundant life filled with meaning and purpose. Chad, I am praying this week that God will fill you with strength and good health, flexibility and patience, love and joy, and clear direction for your life. I believe that God has a great week in store for you.

Chad, I am so glad that you are there to experience Guate again!! You are going to be such a huge asset to your small group. Thank you for your willingness to serve. Have fun and keep an eye on your dad…he is trouble! You have my permission to put him in time-out if he gets out of hand. :-) I called your mom and let her know that you arrived safely, she was very relieved. Have an awesome day building the home and more importantly building relationships!

    Hey Chad!
It’s mom. Looks like things are going well inspite of the rain. Good thing you have that rain coat (I’ll keep my eye out for a pic of you wearing it). I’m exited you got a second chance to go down there. Let God use you wherever He leads. You have many gifts and some you probably never realized you had that God might reveal to you on this trip. I miss you and love you tons. You’re in my prayers continually for safety,
health but most importantly that you will feel God this week in everything you do and say.

    Love you tons!!

    HELLO!
Sorry this is my first post, been kinda busy. Guatemala is just as amazing as I remember it. I am growing more and more jealous of nate the longer I am here. I wish I could stay here for months like he did. Building is going great! The families have been watching and waiting to help us at any minute. The children are a blast as always and I have a little follower named eric. He has grown quite fond of the candy that I give him as tips for bringing me stucco. I’ve been having fun with my dad and don’t even mind putting up with his “Alspenio”. Continue to pray for the hearts of he families as we share the gospel with them during house dedications.
Mom, thanks for writing and I’ll be home soon. I’ve been reading your cards too! Thanks to everyone for the comments, I wish I could personally respond to all of them but I’ve got things to do, and miles to go before I wake, and miles to go before I wake…
    Love ya all

Just kidding, keep working hard doing what the Lord went you to do done there. Praying for you and your team! Make sure if you see any signs of that Anderson kid, you get rid of him. I look forward to seeing you and hearing about the trip when you get back. Keep that old guy in line for me too.

  14. Chadwick says:

    Morning!
Wow, yesterday was an awesome day. We had such a good connection with all the people of the village and it showed during house dedications when every household accepted Christ. I can’t wait for the med clinic tonight. Sorry I gotta make this short but it’s breakfast time. Hope everythings going good at home and don’t worry Kevin, there has been no Kyle Anderson sitings, however, I sure could use an electric gueroo!

    Hi Chad
Just wanted to say Hi and check in! How fun it has been for all of us back home to see everything that is going through the web site and also the pictures. We can clearly see how God is using you and the entire team in ways that we had not always planned but that he had planned long ago. The pictures of you with the people/kids tell me how much you are loving it there. How nice to for you that you can go with your Dad this time and experience it with him. Know that God loves you so much and that he wants you to lean and trust him. Praying for you, that God will continue his work in and through you.
    Blessings, Bill and Lisa

    Chad:

Just want you to know that I have been praying for you all week and will continue. I know that you are have a great exerience. By the way, did you know that the Bible says that you, Chad, have nice feet? “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” This includes you and your team members. Of course the Bible doesn’t say whether they smell good or not, that part is up to you. God is using you, Chad, to change peoples’ lives for eternity. What an amazing thing you get to do in Guatemala … and in Grand Rapids … and … every day for the rest of your life.

    Bill

Sounds like it has been an amazing trip. Can’t wait to hear all about it. You are always on my mind and thinking about what you are doing everyday. I read that you gave your testimony. That is so wonderful. You impacted others before and I have no doubt God used your message this time to impact these people too. I am excited to hear how God used you this week and how this week has impacted you . I’m sure you have so many God sightings to tell. Well, I will be praying for safe travels and for everyone to be well for the trip home. LOVE YOU TONS! See you Wed.
